PAYMENT OPTIONS

Nancy Meyer accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and PayPal.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 9.6% will be added to packages shipped to recipients within the state of Washington.

USING A MERCHANDISE CREDIT

Once a store credit has been issued, simply log in with your email address and your store credit will be available to use automatically on the purchase page. Please note, you must select it on the final purchasing page in order for it to be applied to your order.

If you are shopping as our guest, you may apply a merchandise credit to your order on the final payment page. After checking the box labeled 'Nancy Meyer Gift Card', you will be prompted to enter the merchandise credit amount with the corresponding redemption code. Once the credit amount and redemption code are entered, they must be applied to the order total prior to submitting the order. Please note: PayPal cannot be used in conjunction with a merchandise credit.

To locate the amount of your store credit and corresponding redemption code, please reference your return confirmation email. If you are not able to locate this email, please contact a Nancy Meyer associate at 1-800-605-5098, 10am to 6pm PST, Monday through Saturday.

Please note, store credits will be confirmed upon processing your order.

USING A NANCY MEYER E-GIFT CARD

You may apply a Nancy Meyer E-Gift Card to your order on the final payment page. After checking the box labeled 'Nancy Meyer Gift Card', you will be prompted to enter the gift card amount with the corresponding redemption code. Once the total amount and redemption code are entered, they must be applied to the order total prior to submitting the order. Please note: PayPal cannot be used in conjunction with a gift card.

COMBINED PAYMENT METHODS

If you would like to use multiple credit cards on a single order, we recommend purchasing a Nancy Meyer E-Gift Card. After you have received your gift card information, you may combine a gift card and credit card of your choice on the final payment page. Standard order processing time applies to gift card orders. Please note: PayPal cannot be used in conjunction with a merchandise credit or gift card.

INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS

Nancy Meyer gladly accepts internationally issued credit cards, though additional processing time may be necessary to verify the billing information. To expedite order processing, we recommend placing your order using a verified PayPal account.

International Shipment Clause

  • The customer is responsible for ALL duties and taxes incurred during transit, which are to be paid upon arrival of the package. If the package is not accepted or refused at any point after it has been shipped, the customer is responsible for all expenses incurred thereafter.
  • A signature confirmation upon delivery will be required for all orders.
  • First time international customers must ship to the billing address of the credit card used for purchase. Alternate shipping addresses may be selected only if using a verified PayPal account or shipping to a confirmed PayPal address.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled or modified prior to shipment. Cancelling an order will result in no charge to your credit card. If you would like to submit a cancellation or modification request, please contact a Nancy Meyer associate at 1-800-605-5098 during business hours as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, we are no longer able to cancel or modify the order. Nancy Meyer's Return Policy applies to all shipped orders. If a package is not accepted or refused and returned to us, a store credit will be issued less the original and return shipment costs. Nancy Meyer cannot be held accountable for Acts of God, i.e. shipping commitments delayed due to inclement weather or other unavoidable occurrences.
