Once a store credit has been issued, simply log in with your email address and your store credit will be available to use automatically on the purchase page. Please note, you must select it on the final purchasing page in order for it to be applied to your order.
If you are shopping as our guest, you may apply a merchandise credit to your order on the final payment page. After checking the box labeled 'Nancy Meyer Gift Card', you will be prompted to enter the merchandise credit amount with the corresponding redemption code. Once the credit amount and redemption code are entered, they must be applied to the order total prior to submitting the order. Please note: PayPal cannot be used in conjunction with a merchandise credit.
To locate the amount of your store credit and corresponding redemption code, please reference your return confirmation email. If you are not able to locate this email, please contact a Nancy Meyer associate at 1-800-605-5098, 10am to 6pm PST, Monday through Saturday.
