Orders are typically processed within 24 hours from the time we receive your order request, and are shipped pending order verification and credit card approval. All domestic orders placed before 2pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm PST or outside of business hours are not guaranteed to ship the same day and will be processed the following day. Orders ship during the business week, Monday through Friday (holidays are not considered business days).
PLEASE NOTE: All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, unless otherwise specified. Orders requesting Saturday Pick-Up must be placed before noon PST.
Nancy Meyer ships all packages exclusively via UPS. Shipping rates listed below are a flat rate unchanged by order size.
We are happy to process orders for international delivery. We ask that the customer is fully aware of and in agreement with our international policies and the conditions of purchase and delivery. Please see terms and conditions for international delivery listed below.
You may view the status of your order and tracking information anytime by logging into your account. Once you have logged in with your email address and password, select "My Account" at the top of the page. Select “View Order Status and History” to view your full order history and current tracking details.
We recommend creating a Nancy Meyer account to easily access your order history and status. When shopping as our guest, tracking details are available on your shipment confirmation email. If you are unable to locate this email, please contact a Nancy Meyer associate at 1-800-605-5098, 10am to 6pm PST, Monday through Saturday.
Orders may be cancelled or modified prior to shipment. Cancelling an order will result in no charge to your credit card. If you would like to submit a cancellation or modification request, please contact a Nancy Meyer associate at 1-800-605-5098 during business hours as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, we are no longer able to cancel or modify the order. Nancy Meyer's Return Policy applies to all shipped orders. If a package is not accepted or refused and returned to us, a store credit will be issued less the original and return shipment costs. Nancy Meyer cannot be held accountable for Acts of God, i.e. shipping commitments delayed due to inclement weather or other unavoidable occurrences.
Thank you for shopping with Nancy Meyer. Our hope is that your purchase meets or exceeds your expectations; otherwise, you are welcome to return an item(s) for EXCHANGE or MERCHANDISE CREDIT. We do not offer credit card refunds. Gift Cards may not be returned, redeemed for cash or refunded to credit card used for purchase.
All returned packages must be received by our Returns Department within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. When using the courtesy return label included with your package, please allow up to 5 business days for shipment within the 14 day deadline (see below for holiday return exceptions). Eligible returns must have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed or damaged. Ineligible returns will be shipped back to the sender at the purchaser's expense.
Holiday gifts purchased between November 16th and December 24th must be received by our Returns Department by January 10th the following year. Valentine's gifts purchased between January 15th and February 14th must be received by February 28th.
To ensure the item(s) you wish to exchange for does not sell out, please contact us via email or phone so we may place the item(s) on hold. Once the item(s) is placed on hold, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA #) associating your return with your exchange item(s). If you do NOT receive an RA # your package will be processed for a merchandise credit. Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the time you receive your package.
Once you have selected an exchange item(s), please provide the style name, size, and color via one of the following options:
Online: Email your list of exchange item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org. A Nancy Meyer associate will place your item(s) on hold and reply with your RA #.
Phone: Call us at 1-800-605-5098, Monday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm PST. Please make sure to have your exchange item(s) ready. You may also call us if you would like assistance selecting an alternate item. Our personal shoppers and fit specialists are happy to provide additional information regarding our designers or measurements of specific styles.
To ensure accurate exchange processing, please fill out the Return Form included in your package, listing your RA #, Web Order Number, contact information, and the item(s) you are returning to Nancy Meyer. Include this form with the returning merchandise. You may also detach and keep the customer packing receipt for your records. Once your exchange is processed, an exchange confirmation email will be sent to the email address indicated on the Return Form.
If the price of the exchanged item(s) is greater than the amount of the returned item(s), the balance can be charged to the credit card on file for the original order with the cardholder's authorization. If the price of the exchange is less than the original item(s), the remaining amount will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit.
Please allow up to five business days from the time we receive your package for your exchange to be processed.
To ensure proper merchandise credit, please fill out the Return Form included in your package, listing your Web Order Number, contact information, and the item(s) you are returning to Nancy Meyer. Include this form with the returning merchandise. Detach and keep the customer packing receipt for your records. Returns must be made within 14 days from the time you receive your package.
A merchandise credit will be issued for all returned item(s) with an expiration of one year from the date of issue. An email will be sent to the original purchaser, or person otherwise specified on the Return Form, with the merchandise credit code and how to use it online.
Please allow up to five business days from the time we receive your package for your return to be processed.

International Returns & Exchanges: Return labels are not available for international orders. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for ALL customs duties, taxes, and international shipping on outgoing and incoming packages respectively.
It is our pleasure to gift wrap your purchase in our signature Nancy Meyer packaging. This service is complimentary for all orders over $250.00 or available for an additional charge of $6.00. If you would like your order gift wrapped, please select this option on the shopping bag page during checkout.
Gift wrap includes all items carefully presented and wrapped in tissue, placed in a signature Nancy Meyer gift box, and finished with a bow. If you wish, you may enter a special greeting in the message box during checkout and the personalized message will be included with your gift.
Please note: due to shipment parcel size constraints, your items may be grouped together rather than wrapped in separate boxes.
